Winter Poem

What brings today a crisp mist?

Announcing the return to come?

Proclaiming the whispers arriving

And making your fingers go numb.

It has been before

And this will never cease

For a new light can always be seen

And there shall ever be peace.

As white lines the ground

Wind grows as well

For winter is here once again

The snow floating so swell.

But this shall pass as ever does

And melt to the beauty of spring

So enjoy this time as it lasts

And join as nature sings!
